Located in beautiful Carlsbad, North San Diego County, Somatic Practitioner Stephen Sova provides somatic therapy services to a wide range of clients. He particularly likes to work with adults, seniors and adolescents.

His style is focused on empowering his clients through reconnecting them to their own inner body wisdom and enabling them to use tools to find the way back to a healthy state of well-being and alignment. He feels it’s important to take valuable tools home each session so the person can help themselves at any given moment and free themselves of stress and pain.

Through his own inner work over the  years, he found out how invaluable it is to be able to change old, recurrent patterns from helplessness, feelings and thoughts of   “I need someone to rescue/fix me” to “I can change and embrace these old bracing patterns, and move beyond them.”

His own insights into how to work with painful patterns have brought him so much joy and relief that he is enthusiastic to share this knowledge to aid others on their journey.

It is also important to him to convey that this “knowledge” is something that seems to guide him by some force which is greater than himself. By letting  go into the moment, settling deeply into the body, and listening intuitively he feels a profound divine guidance in his work, which he is immensely grateful for.
